Sole & Spark is a small independent jewelry brand. Toe rings, anklets, barefoot chains. Gold-tone, $14.99 to $44.99, and we call them what they are.
Our own pictures are made with AI models, and we label them that way wherever they post. They are consistent, and they are not evidence of anything. So a few times a month we send real pieces to real people, and hope they turn up inside something we could never have staged.
Five packages a month, chosen by hand, and no obligation attached to them.
There is no program, and we have not given it a name. Five packages go out each month, rarely more, and we choose who gets them ourselves — most of the notes we receive do not get one. The ones that do get three pieces chosen for what they shoot, and we ask for nothing back. If you post, we would like it done properly, which mostly means saying plainly that the pieces were free. If you never post, you keep them and we do not follow up about it.
What we are short of is not reach. It is a photograph of this jewelry taken by someone real, in a place we would not have picked.

- Three pieces, free, yours to keep. Usually one anklet, one toe ring and one set or the Mystery Box, picked against what you already photograph rather than whatever is nearest the door.
- No posting requirement, no deadline, no exclusivity. Work with anyone else you like. We are not going to ask you not to.
- Credit, and a question first. If we ever want to repost something of yours, we ask first, in writing, every time, and you can say no. Credit always. Advertising is a separate conversation and a separate payment.
That is the whole of it. There is no tier chart and nothing to climb.

Beach days. Pedicure and nail work. Sandal season, barefoot shoes, anything foot-health adjacent. Festival mornings, getting-ready shots at a beach wedding. The jewelry works when it turns up inside something you were making anyway.
If you would have to build a post around it, this is probably not worth your time, and we would rather say so than waste it. We ship inside the United States only for now, and you need to be 18 or older.
Worth stating plainly, because you have seen the other kind.
We never ask you for photographs beyond links to work you have already published. We do not commission content of any body part, and we never will. The only images of yours we would ever repost are ones you posted publicly yourself, and only after asking you in writing. The register we shoot in is the store itself, quiet and product-first, and you can inspect every image of it before you write to us.
Your shipping address is used to send your package and for nothing else. It is not added to any list, it is not shared with anyone beyond the shipping label, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The person who reads the inbox is the person who picks the pieces and packs the boxes.
Five steps, and the timings are commitments.
- You send us your work. A link to where it lives, and links to the two or three published pieces of yours you like best. That is all — we never ask you to send us photographs.
- We reply inside three business days. If we have not replied by then we are not going to, and you will not hear from us again. We are not building a mailing list. If we liked your work but the month's five packages are already out, we say exactly that, and name the month we mean.
- If it is a fit, we send a one-page agreement in plain English and ask where to ship.
- The package goes out tracked, and we send you the tracking number the day it ships.
- Post it or do not. If you post, the disclosure goes in the first line.
The ones worth answering before you ask them.
Do I have to post?
No. There is no posting requirement, no deadline and no quota. If the pieces sit in a jewelry dish, that is a fine outcome and we will not follow up about it.
Do you use AI models in your own photographs?
Yes. Our brand imagery uses AI-generated models and we label it as AI wherever it posts. We work with real people for anything a real person has to say about actually wearing the pieces: how they fit, how they hold up, whether they are comfortable. A generated image cannot honestly claim that, so we do not let it.
Will you use my photos to train a model, or make an AI version of me?
No. Your content will not be used to train, fine-tune or condition any generative model, and we will not create a synthetic version of your likeness, voice or body, or any persona derived from you. That promise goes into the one-page agreement we send before anything ships, and it survives the agreement ending.
What do I have to say if I post?
Put a disclosure in the first line of the caption, before the "more" cut: Gifted by Sole & Spark #gifted #ad. On Stories or Reels, use an on-screen text sticker that stays readable. Do not bury it in a hashtag block, and do not rely only on the platform's paid-partnership field.
This is required under the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), enforced under Section 5 of the FTC Act, and free product counts as a material connection whether or not we asked for anything. The brand is on the hook for it as much as you are, so if the placement is wrong we will ask you to fix it. That is the one thing we will ever chase you about.
Is there money in this?
No. There is no commission and no affiliate program, and we would rather say that than dress it up. The pieces are the offer. If that ever changes, it changes in writing, with a named way of paying you, before you are asked for anything.
How many people do you do this with?
Not many. A handful of packages a month. We would rather send five good ones than fifty.
Who is behind this?
A small independent jewelry operation. Sole & Spark is a Third Party Services LLC brand, registered in Kentucky and run from Elizabethtown. The person who reads this inbox is the person who picks the pieces and packs the boxes. There is no founder story to tell you and we are not going to invent one.
